Product Description
1. Energy conservation: Production no quenched and tempered process greatly saves the energy
consumption.
2. Environments protection: Production no quenched and tempered process meets the requirements of
environmental protection.
3. The mechanical property is correspond to quenched and tempered 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or over
them and very uniform on the whole cross section.
4. Turning performance: Turning performance is commensurate to 42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45 or be
superior to them.
5. Hardness: Hardness is more uniform on the whole cross section than quenched and tempered
42CrMo4, 40Cr and CK45.
6. Micro structure: Ferrite and pearlite with fine and uniform grain size.
